This website is primarily used by employees, former employees (including former employees of SAIC, Inc. prior to the company separation), and Board of Directors to access:
- Equity Awards: Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units (RSU) and Performance Units (PRSU, PSP)
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Common Stock held at the Transfer Agent only (Trust or custodial accounts should be accessed through Investor Center).
Please note that your Global Identifier is your Employee ID.

This website is primarily used by all stockholders of record (registered stockholders) excluding employees and former employees. Employees and former employees (including former employees of SAIC, Inc. prior to the company separation) should access information through the Employee Online Portal (see above).
