New Online Broker Transfer Process (Class A to Class B Conversions)
Effective October 2025: Conversion of Class A to B shares with transfer to a brokerage account is now available online. Access the Class A Common Stock Shareowners Employee Online Portal to submit a request. Read the entire Broker Transfer Disclaimer before initiating a transaction.

Mail all transaction requests to Computershare at one of the two addresses listed below:

Access to online UPS Class A Common Stock Investor Activity Report ("IAR") is available via the Employee Online Portal from the "Tax Forms and Documents" tab. Important Information for Owners of Class A Common Stock »

NOTE:

  • If you hold UPS Class A and Class B Common Stock in the "same account," you must access both holdings through the Employee Online Portal.
  • "Only" if you hold UPS Class A and Class B Common stock in "different accounts," you must establish separate login credentials to access each account through two (2) different websites. UPS Class A holdings should be accessed through the Employee Online Portal and UPS Class B holdings should be accessed through the Investor Center website. Login instructions for Investor Center can be found under the below "Important Information for Owners of Class B Common Stock" link.

The secure Employee Online Portal is for UPS shareowners and employees to access and manage their Class A Common stock.

To access your account via the Employee Online Portal, choose one of the scenarios below:

Existing User:

  • Click on the "Login" button above for the Employee Online Portal
  • Select the "Login" button for "Existing User"
  • Enter your User ID. If you do not recall your User ID, select the "Forgot User ID" button. Your User ID will be sent to you via the email address that we have on your account
  • Enter your password. If you do not recall your password, select the "Forgot Password" button. Your password will be sent to you via the email address that we have on your account
  • Follow any step-by-step instructions to complete your account setup
  • You will then be taken to your Employee Portfolio page
  • On subsequent logins to the website, you will continue to select Login for "Existing User" and enter the same User ID and Password

New User:

  • Click on the "Login" button above for the Employee Online Portal
  • Select the "Activate Account" button for "New User"
  • Your "Global Identifier" is your UPS Employee ID/GEM ID.
  • Your PIN/Password would be the original PIN assigned to your account upon your employment.  If you do not have your PIN/Password, please contact Computershare to have a new password emailed to you.
  • Follow the step-by-step on screen instructions to complete your account setup
  • You will then be taken to your Employee Portfolio page
  • On subsequent logins to this website, you would select "Login" for "Existing User" and utilize the User ID and password you have set on this initial session.

To access your account(s) via Investor Center:

Registration Guide for New Users:

  1. Start Registration: Click the "Login" button above for Investor Center or visit www.computershare.com/investor and select "Sign Up."
  2. Enter Your Details. Provide the following information:
    • First and Last Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Email Address (this will become your Username)
    • Create and confirm your password
    • Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
    • Enter the verification code sent to your email address
    Mobile App Option You can also access your account through the Computershare Investor Centre mobile app. A QR code is available on the Investor Center website to download the app.
  3. Secure Your Account: To protect your account, you will be required to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
    • If available in your country, a one-time passcode will be sent to your mobile phone via text message.
    • If text messaging is unavailable, you may be asked to set up an authentication app by scanning a QR code.
  4. Link Your Holdings. When prompted, identify your UPS holdings using one of the following:
    • Your Computershare Holder Account Number (begins with the letter "C"), or
    • The Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) on file with Computershare.
  5. Verify Your Identity. Depending on the available verification method, you may receive:
    • Immediate access if your information can be verified automatically.
    • A request to provide a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie.
    • A Postal Access Code (PAC) mailed to your address on file. If this occurs, you will need to enter the code during a future login to complete the verification process.
  6. Future Logins. For future access:
    1. Go to www.computershare.com/investor
    2. Select "Login"
    3. Enter the username and password you created during registration

Existing User Access:

  1. Log in
    Click the "Login" button above for Investor Center or visit www.computershare.com/investor and select "Login."
  2. Mobile App Option
    You can also access your account through the Computershare Investor Centre mobile app. A QR code is available on the Investor Center website to download the app.
  3. Enter Your Credentials
    Enter your Username and Password.
  4. Recover Your Account (if needed)
    If you have forgotten your Username or Password, select "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts.
  5. Continue
    Follow the on-screen instructions to access your account.
