Consent mailing date for
householding solicitation
Consent solicitation mailing must be completed 60 calendar days prior to your proxy mail date under SEC Rule 14a-3. Householding is only recommended if the proxy mailing is 10,000 registered shareholders or greater.

Broker search The broker search is an SEC-mandated process, and must be initiated at least 20 business days prior to record date.

Submit announcement letter to DTC on your company letterhead Letter should be submitted to Depository Trust Company (DTC) at least 7 calendar days prior to record date. Please forward a copy of the letter to your transfer agent.

DTC Security Position Report ("SPR") registration and authorization Registration and authorization should be completed through DTC's website at least 5 calendar days prior to the record date.

Record date Record date should be about 50 calendar days prior to meeting date, but no less than 8 business days prior to mail date.

Mail date If using the notice and access option, notices must be mailed no later than 40 calendar days prior to the meeting date. Otherwise, distribute annual report and/or other meeting documents 5 weeks prior to meeting date (6 weeks if distributing via standard mail).
